Excellent Service! From the moment I arrived all the staff were welcoming and made sure to make me feel comfortable by offering refreshments and seating. Duleep was my sales Rep and was very accommodating and understood my needs he was friendly, helpful and available at anytime to assist me even by phone. He got me in the perfect color and model that I was looking for. Jackie was my financial advisor who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was also very patient and hospitable offering me refreshments on my pick up date before doing all the paperwork. He explained all the financial aspects clearly made it an easy process. Talya was my delivery specialist, she was excellent in explaining all the features of the car and patiently answering all my questions and testing out features I had issues with. She also emailed me after and assured me that i can always keep in touch with her for any questions I may have in the future. Leah was the sales manager who also did her part in helping me get the best deal possible and take advantage of as many incentives as I could. Thanks again to all the staff as they provided me with gifts and even a commemoration on my pick up day. I am glad that I chose Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown. I feel like I am apart of the family now!

Frankie Mekhi (SR) is your man to see when buying or Leasing your New or Pre Owned Mercedes. My wife and I had a hassle free experience and we got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted as well. Sales Manager Leah took care of our Toddler while we worked things out. Very family oriented group of folks even the two receptionist there enjoyed our little one company. Taylya the delivery specialist was very thorough in explaining all the features of our new vehicle. No pressured sales from anyone and even dealing with Finance manager Jiahao who was understanding, patient with us. Hands down the best vehicle shopping experience we have ever had.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this Mercedes dealership and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. Duleep, my sales representative, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, patience, and dedication in ensuring I received top-notch service. Even after my purchase, he remained readily available to address any further inquiries I had. Jacky handled my finances with remarkable patience, addressing all my concerns with clarity and expertise. Talia provided thorough guidance on utilizing the vehicle, ensuring I felt confident and informed. This team's collective effort made my experience truly exceptional.

My SLK350 was brought to Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown after a very minor driveway accident. The damage was limited to the bumper and lower trunk. Parts were reportedly readily available, and repairs should have taken only "a week or so". In the end, the car suffered an "unrelated mechanical failure", which took almost 5 additional months for the dealership to resolve. During those 5 months, communications from the dealer were almost nonexistent. Calls and emails to inquire about progress were generally not returned. I have 4 premium automobiles, and have never experienced such poor customer service. After one season of use, the paint has failed. The paint is very heavily crazed, with spots where the paint appears to have flaked off and primer is showing. After reaching out to Mercedes Downtown Ottawa twice to discuss, I received a reply advising that they would discuss among their team, and would "see what the next steps would be" 9 weeks later, and several additional attempts to contact 3 different individuals at Mercedes Benz Downtown Ottawa, I have never received a callback, a return text, or a return phone call. I have lost confidence in Mercedes Benz Downtown Ottawa, and have initiated the process of having an alternate organization repair the failed Mercedes Benz Ottawa Downtown attempt. I will pay out of pocket, as despite 9 weeks of attempting to discuss the situation with Mercedes Benz Downtown Ottawa, they have universally failed to reply to the most cordial of attempts to communicate with them. 2024/02/03, Despite initial reassuring words offered by Mercedes-Benz Ottawa downtown, and acknowledgment that this is an issue that they will resolved, communications have once again stalled. I only ever received one communicaton as a response to my initial post. My greatest request is that these repairs be completed before the summer driving season. Approximately 4 weeks since the initial post, communicatons are lacking, and no action plan is apparent.
